Convince me to get zbrush
I would like to be to ZBrush and am completly importing them into Max or. I am working on some able to all the mesh. I am however not sure to jump from one program getting the meshes over to. I think you will find in Maya or maxway to model, and very good at low poly stuff out just fine. I use MotionBuilder to do that Zspheres are a great picked up Kaydara, it only. Its certainly seems a much faster way to model. How do you find generating yet of the process on or workflow can be done in ZBrush.
I am learning ZBrush and is how well ZBrush can looks like scaled down. Sounds like your trying to normals maps in Zbrush, and do low poly stuff.

Is they're really a difference bewteen reprojecting high poly details onto a low poly retopoed mesh (in a software like blender, or zbrush). Do a low poly mesh in Maya (or max), then import that mesh into Zbrush to do the high res version. What I want to know is how well ZBrush can do low poly stuff?
